Description

You will assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well being by providing treatment, tests, client education and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to work in home health visits serving adult and geriatric patients in Washington County, VT.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in the state of Vermont
• Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home health visits
• Ability to travel to patient homes in Washington County

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well being
• Perform client education and appropriate interventions
• Administer tests and evaluate patient progress
• Complete documentation and other activities as requested
