💼 About This Role

You'll define and implement the application security architecture for Replit's multi-tenant SaaS platform, ensuring it is secure by design. You'll lead high-impact security initiatives and serve as the subject matter expert for engineering teams and executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead security implementation of new product features from design to deployment
• Conduct proactive threat modeling for features and architectural changes
• Define secure authentication/authorization protocols (mTLS/OIDC/OAuth/SAML)
• Perform hands-on code reviews to validate security controls

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product security engineering or architecture
• Multi-tenant SaaS product expertise
• Deep expertise in tenant separation, RBAC, BYOK, secure API design
• Expertise in authentication/authorization protocols (mTLS/OIDC/OAuth/SAML)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Agent-based SaaS products
• Experience writing and maintaining architecture documents
• Track record of contributing to Cybersecurity Risk Register
