You'll shape and scale a product-led growth engine for a fast-growing European SaaS company. You'll own key customer journey phases from activation to expansion, running experiments to drive revenue impact. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy and data-driven experimentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own PLG motion across activation, adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell
• Define and execute growth strategies to improve conversion and monetisation
• Lead experimentation and data-driven initiatives for product and revenue growth
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, sales, marketing, and customer success

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
• Strong track record driving improvements in adoption, conversion, retention, or revenue growth
• Deep understanding of product analytics and experimentation frameworks
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
