You'll act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB's top growth customers, guiding their technical journey. You'll drive adoption and mitigate risks for complex enterprise accounts, shaping the product roadmap. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to build the customer success program from within.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Drive customer time-to-value and growth through optimized solutions
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Lead executive business reviews and align on mutual success plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success or similar customer-centric technical role
  • 4+ years accountability for customer health and revenue in a book of business
  • Proven ability to advocate for customers and act autonomously
  • Experience managing enterprise (Forbes Global 2000) accounts

  • Continuing technical education (e.g., MongoDB DBA track)
  • Exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
