You'll lead and scale a high-performing sales organization driving the growth of a nationwide repairer network. Your core impact will be owning the sales strategy, team performance, and go-to-market execution while collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer adoption. - Lead and scale a team of Account Executives across UK repairer segments
- Develop sales playbooks and scalable processes for different customer segments
- Oversee pipeline generation and enterprise sales targeting large workshop groups
- Collaborate with product, onboarding, and supplier teams to improve activation
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B sales teams in high-growth tech environments
- Track record of exceeding team revenue and acquisition targets
- Experience building scalable sales processes and playbooks from scratch
- Strong commercial acumen managing complex sales cycles and enterprise relationships
