You'll design complex data-rich workflows for investment firms on a modern investment management platform. You'll partner with product managers and engineers to create intuitive reporting experiences that customers trust. You'll leverage AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate prototyping and improve design velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reimagine client reporting workflows across dashboards and reports.
• Design intuitive workflows for configuring and generating complex reports.
• Prototype and iterate quickly using AI tools like Claude and Cursor.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible and scalable.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital product experiences.
• Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and visual design skills.
• Experience designing complex workflows or data-intensive applications.
• Active AI-native workflow experience using tools like Claude or Cursor.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or investment management.
• Proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS.
• Experience contributing to design systems and design-to-code workflows.
