You'll lead the enterprise web strategy and digital experience platforms for a B2B managed service provider. You'll own the vision, architecture, and governance of web platforms that power marketing, ABM, and customer engagement. This role offers the chance to drive innovation with AI-driven personalization and modern CMS architectures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the strategic vision and technical roadmap for enterprise web platforms
• Design and implement modern CMS solutions (headless, hybrid, or traditional)
• Lead personalization frameworks using behavioral and intent data
• Oversee CMS integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web platform management and development
• 3+ years in a leadership role for enterprise web platforms
• Deep expertise with modern CMS platforms like AEM, Optimizely, Contentful
• Strong knowledge of MarTech ecosystems including CRM and marketing automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ABM strategies and B2B buying journeys
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
