💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale Xsolla's internal school and early-career talent programs across multiple global sites, owning end-to-end strategy from curriculum to hiring readiness. You'll ensure programs produce job-ready engineers aligned with technical standards, partnering with Engineering, HR, and Product teams. This hands-on leadership role requires operational discipline and experience running complex multi-location education programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own global strategy for school programs across multiple locations
• Oversee design and continuous improvement of technical curricula
• Run day-to-day operations including schedules, cohorts, and resources
• Manage instructors, mentors, and teaching assistants

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in engineering education or talent programs
• Proven experience running multi-site or distributed programs
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and workflows
• Excellent operational, organizational, and execution skills

• Experience in a product-based or platform company
• Background as a software engineer or engineering manager
• Experience scaling programs internationally
