💼 About This Role

You'll lead the FP&A and BI functions at Tebra, building and scaling the financial infrastructure for a high-growth SaaS company. You'll own the long-range plan and annual operating plan while deploying AI and automation to transform financial processes. This role offers the chance to shape strategy directly with the CEO and executive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own the long-range plan and annual operating plan.
• Design driver-based models for subscription and usage-based revenue.
• Deliver board-ready reporting packages and KPI frameworks.
• Deploy predictive analytics and machine learning for forecasting.

📋 Requirements

• 10 or more years of progressive FP&A leadership in high-growth SaaS
• Deep familiarity with modern BI tools and automation platforms
• Proven experience building complex driver-based financial models
• Strong proficiency in Adaptive or Anaplan and NetSuite
