Description

As a Tech 2 at Hawthorne Cat, you will perform highly skilled repairs, reconditioning, testing, and adjustments on construction and power generation equipment. You'll diagnose and fix engines, power trains, hydraulic systems, and other components, contributing to the success of our communities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with good driving record
PC skills
Forklift certification within 60 days
At least 5 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Remove, install, recondition, and repair engines and components
Perform diagnostic tests on engines for various issues
Repair and adjust power train components
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
Meet flat rate standards established by Caterpillar and industry
