💼 About This Role

You'll build and run an asset-backed financing program from scratch at an AI-robotics startup. You'll incorporate the SPV, raise debt, and manage the vehicle end-to-end. This is a zero-to-one mandate with direct exposure to Founders and Board members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design the asset-backed financing program and set up the SPV.
• Own end-to-end debt fundraising from banks and private credit funds.
• Build cash flow models and negotiate facility terms.
• Run the SPV's operational backbone including reporting and compliance.
• Partner with CEO and Finance to align financing with commercial models.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in structured finance or asset-based lending.
• Track record of taking at least one asset-backed structure from concept to close.
• Strong financial modeling and structuring skills.
• Fluency in English; German optional.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience financing hardware, equipment, or recurring-revenue contracts.
• Mix of sell-side and buy-side experience in ABF.
• Familiarity with Robotics-as-a-Service or equipment leasing.
