You'll provide technical support to Cato Networks customers globally, troubleshooting complex network issues. You'll own customer issues from diagnosis to resolution, collaborating with engineering and management. This role offers a chance to join a rapidly growing cloud networking leader with a hybrid work model in Prague.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to global customers
  • Own and manage customer issues to resolution
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales
  • Lead incident management with higher-tier teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Engineer in networking/security
  • Strong knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, proxy servers
  • Familiarity with VPN, IPSEC, security protocols
  • CCNA Certification or equivalent knowledge

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Wireshark PCAP analysis
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams
  • Fluency in additional languages
