Description

You will lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for mobile OS, native apps, and AI-enabled services at Nothing, from concept to implementation. Collaborate with global engineers, product managers, and designers to craft innovative solutions, conduct user research, and mentor team members to elevate design culture.

Requirements

• Proven track record in end-to-end product design with portfolio showcasing superb visual craftsmanship and/or shipped native mobile applications
• Expert proficiency in modern design tools like Figma
• Keen eye for visual design excellence and solid grasp of human-centred design processes
• Pragmatic problem-solver who navigates complexity and turns ideas into realities
• Strong ownership and drive, championing user needs from discovery to delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive design lifecycle for new experiences across mobile OS, native applications, and AI-enabled services
• Conceive, create, and deliver precise design specifications guiding engineers
• Collaborate with global engineers, product managers, and designers to craft innovative solutions
• Conduct user research and prototype testing to validate ideas rapidly
• Mentor designers and embed a strong design-led culture
