You will architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions in a regulated, enterprise environment. You'll provide hands-on technical leadership, design system architecture, and implement integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Masters degree and 10 years or Bachelors degree and 12+ years Salesforce development experience
• Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools
• Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events
• Define development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
