You'll own the quality of our UI from pixel to production, collaborating with Design and Product to make complex mortgage workflows feel approachable. Your work will help save lenders over $16B annually through automation. This role combines design craft with production React implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design from wireframes to shipped React components
• Build and maintain a component library and design system
• Partner with product and engineering on complex workflow UI
• Audit and enforce visual consistency across the product

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in design engineering (5+ years)
• Expert-level React and TypeScript skills
• Deep Figma proficiency (variables, auto-layout, variants)
• Proven accessibility expertise (WCAG, ARIA) in production

• Experience with shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS
• Experience designing AI UX (uncertainty, streaming content)
• Portfolio of high-craft B2B SaaS UIs with dense layouts
