Description
In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. You'll be the first point of contact in the sales process, helping drive growth and expand AltScore's reach across Latin America.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or startups
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus)
- Ability to engage and build relationships through outbound sales strategies
- Self-starter mentality with resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting and industry research
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and fit for products
- Schedule high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain CRM records and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach
