💼 About This Role
You'll join Allica Bank's Technology Service Desk, delivering high-quality IT support to colleagues across the organization. You'll manage incident and service request queues in a fast-paced fintech environment and help improve services through automation and AI adoption.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide deskside, telephone, and remote IT support.
- Manage and prioritize the IT support queue to meet SLAs.
- Execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes including onboarding.
- Administer Microsoft 365 technologies and hardware support.
📋 Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in desktop support on-site and remotely.
- Significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Experience with ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in a regulated environment like financial services.
- Exposure to security best practices such as MFA and device encryption.
- Experience with automation, scripting, or AI-enabled support.
