💼 About This Role

You'll join Allica Bank's Technology Service Desk, delivering high-quality IT support to colleagues across the organization. You'll manage incident and service request queues in a fast-paced fintech environment and help improve services through automation and AI adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide deskside, telephone, and remote IT support.
  • Manage and prioritize the IT support queue to meet SLAs.
  • Execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes including onboarding.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 technologies and hardware support.

📋 Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in desktop support on-site and remotely.
  • Significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
  • Experience with ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a regulated environment like financial services.
  • Exposure to security best practices such as MFA and device encryption.
  • Experience with automation, scripting, or AI-enabled support.
