Description

You will design and implement complex systems for the Advisor Experience team, focusing on empowering financial advisors with tools to manage clients on Betterment's platform. Collaborate with senior engineering leaders to advance technology, create high-performance web applications, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience scoping, building, and leading technical projects
• Experience with server-side language like Ruby, Java, C#, C++, Python (Ruby on Rails preferred)
• Experience building interactive web apps using modern JS frameworks (React preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical design and architecture for web applications
• Ability to gather inputs, build consensus, and make inclusive technical decisions
