You'll lead a regional implementation function responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding experiences to enterprise and mid-market customers across EMEA. You'll build and manage a team of implementation specialists, ensuring customers realize value quickly and consistently. This role offers the opportunity to define and scale a critical function while directly influencing customer success and product adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop an EMEA-based team of implementation specialists
• Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding projects for quality and timeliness
• Define, scale, and continuously improve implementation processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

📋 Requirements

• Implementation or onboarding leadership experience
• Managed and scaled customer-facing teams
• Strong project management skills for complex implementations
• Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers in SaaS
