Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Planet, you will support U.S. Defense and Intelligence customers, helping them derive maximum value from our satellite imagery and analytics platform. You'll build lasting relationships, provide training and technical guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption and renewals.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, account management, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience collaborating with U.S. Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community
- Proficient in remote sensing, GIS, or geospatial imagery products
- Technical experience with remote sensing platforms and solutions
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Defense and Intelligence customers, focusing on U.S. accounts
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, and effective use of products
- Provide hands-on training and support for Planet’s platforms, data, and solutions
- Act as a trusted technical advisor with geospatial and mission knowledge
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services to deliver seamless customer experience
