💼 About This Role

You'll be the bridge between users, product, and engineering, solving genuine technical problems on a geospatial AI platform for critical infrastructure. You'll own the support queue, write SQL and Python scripts, and build automation that scales knowledge and reduces toil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage incoming support queue and Professional Services Jira board
• Investigate and resolve technical issues using SQL, Python, and logs
• Execute professional services tasks like data generation and configuration
• Build automation and write troubleshooting guides

📋 Requirements

• SQL and scripting experience (Python, Go) for automation and ETL
• Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with geospatial concepts (CRS, vector/raster, point clouds)
• Experience with Jira or Intercom support tooling
• Experience with BI tools like Metabase
