You'll operate an efficient Distribution Centre for South Africa's leading online retailer, managing stock handling from picking to dispatching. You'll drive cost savings and operational best practices through LEAN principles and project management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound operations including resource and seasonal planning
• Oversee stock handling from picking to dispatching and associated processes
• Implement LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs
• Manage staff performance through appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 8-10 years experience in Supply Chain Operations
• 8 years experience managing a large staff complement
• ERP systems knowledge and experience with budgets and cost analysis

• E-commerce experience
• LEAN or continuous improvement certification
• Performance management and Industrial Relations knowledge
