You'll execute end-to-end payroll processing for a global SaaS company, directly running Canada and US payroll cycles with hands-on responsibility. This role ensures compliance and accuracy while also administering North American benefits programs. You'll be part of a collaborative team transforming revenue performance management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute full-cycle payroll for Canada and US.
• Process payroll inputs, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Administer Canada and US benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience.
• 3+ years in a Payroll Lead or Manager role.
• Hands-on Canada and US payroll processing experience.
• Payroll certification (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global payroll (EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems like UKG, Workday, CloudPay.
• Additional languages are an asset.
