πΌ About This Role
You'll drive Kasten revenue through new logo acquisition and install base expansion in the western US. You'll lead complex enterprise deals, build deep ecosystem relationships, and establish Kasten as the leading platform for Kubernetes data resilience.
π― What You'll Do
- Drive pipeline coverage, deal qualification, and forecast accuracy
- Execute territory strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead customer discovery and executive conversations advancing Kasten opportunities
- Build relationships within Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem
π Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
- Demonstrated success in channel and partner-driven go-to-market models
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling Kubernetes platforms or cloud-native infrastructure
- Background selling to enterprise DevOps or Platform Engineering teams
- Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift, AWS EKS, or VMware Tanzu ecosystems
