You will prepare, draft, and review commercial contracts and legal documents, support compliance matters, and help develop internal regulatory policies. This role is crucial for ensuring legal and regulatory adherence across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contract review and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent
• Well-organized, analytical-minded, and detail-oriented
• Strong legal research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review commercial contracts and legal documents
• Work with internal clients on contract and legal document review
• Translate contracts and agreements when necessary
• Assist in developing and implementing internal regulatory compliance policies
• Maintain a regulatory library and stay updated on regulatory developments
