🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day HR operations: employee relations, compliance, leave administration
• Partner with leadership to navigate employee situations and improve accountability
• Build scalable processes for onboarding, documentation, and policies
• Administer benefits and act as first-line IT support for laptops and troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR or People Operations experience in a fast-growing company
• Proven ability to run the HR function with minimal oversight
• High ownership and comfort making judgment calls with professionalism
• Tech savvy with experience setting up laptops and troubleshooting software
