Description

You will serve as a hands-on leader balancing direct testing contributions with people management. You'll mentor a team of four SDETs, actively participate in testing, and collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure reliable releases.

Requirements

• 4+ years in software QA with at least 1 year in a leadership/mentorship role
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Ability to context switch between feature teams and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find and communicate solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a small QA team, providing hands-on guidance and technical coaching
• Actively participate in test design, execution, and automation development
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and testing frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and create test plans
• Track quality metrics and KPIs, reporting on QA health of projects
