You'll drive product adoption and build strong relationships with Datadog's largest enterprise customers. You'll advocate for customers internally and identify growth opportunities. This role follows a well-defined methodology to convey Datadog's value and achieve loyalty.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with AE and Solution Engineering to onboard and train enterprise customers.
- Proactively build relationships to achieve customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor usage trends to uncover renewal risks and growth opportunities.
- Manage the onboarding process and become a trusted advisor.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts.
- Strong communication with C-suite and engineering leaders.
- Background in B2B tech or SaaS.

- Knowledge of Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Experience in observability or security domain.
