💼 About This Role

You'll provide leadership and advanced technical support in a manufacturing environment for mission-critical aerospace and defense products. You'll convert customer technical data packages into production-ready documentation for RF, fiber optic, and complex electrical assemblies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and revise manufacturing travelers and work instructions from TDPs
• Lead coordination between Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Provide on-the-floor support and troubleshooting during builds
• Mentor and train technicians and assemblers on documentation and expectations

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of related experience in military or aerospace manufacturing
• Build-to-print manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 certification
• ERP/MES system familiarity
