You'll lead the engineering organization at UnitedMasters, building a marketplace that connects artists, brands, and fans. Your core impact will be driving AI-powered features for both customer experience and engineering productivity. This role stands out with a four-day in-office hybrid schedule in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year technical and AI strategy across the product ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering organization including managers and senior ICs.
• Drive SDLC practices with CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-enabled developer tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on prioritization, planning, and resource allocation.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years engineering experience with 5+ years leading orgs of 25+ engineers.
• Proven success as senior engineering leader at a scaled B2C or marketplace company.
• Strong technical background in systems architecture, data modeling, and platform-scale challenges.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI/ML in customer-facing features and engineering workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with content distribution, media ingestion, payments, or rights management.
• Familiarity with Python/Django, TypeScript, Kubernetes, or event-driven architecture.
• Background in creator economy, digital media, or marketplace ecosystems.
