You'll operate as an extension of the Chairman, driving high-priority initiatives from strategy to execution. Your core impact will be turning ambiguous ideas into clear plans across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. This role stands out for its intentionally broad scope in a fast-paced AI startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans to close high-caliber talent
• Support fundraising efforts, prepare materials and coordinate investor conversations
• Establish A1's presence, including vendors and operating structure

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
• High agency - figures things out and moves without waiting for instructions
• Strong judgment - prioritizes what matters and makes decisions with incomplete information
