You will provide administrative support to both remote and office-based employees, coordinate onboarding logistics, and assist with financial and HR administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across office-based and remote employees while supporting stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable academic organization
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to coordinate across time zones and cultures

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Provide administrative support to remote and office-based employees
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including system access, documentation, equipment, and workspace readiness
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, expense reports, and petty cash
  • Manage correspondence, calls, office calendars, and schedule meetings
