You'll lead and mentor an Accounts Payable team while overseeing full-cycle AP for a high-growth real estate developer. Your work ensures accurate processing of invoices, subcontractor payments, and vendor compliance, directly supporting construction projects across the GTHA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support the Accounts Payable team
• Oversee full-cycle AP including invoices and subcontractor payments
• Ensure proper coding to projects and cost codes
• Administer AP platforms like TimberScan and SAP Concur

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Construction or real estate accounting background preferred
• Knowledge of full-cycle AP and vendor management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage 300 CRE
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in TimberScan or SAP Concur
