You will own payroll compliance for your region, ensuring local legislation is correctly interpreted and implemented across processes and systems. You'll work with Product and Engineering to embed compliance into the global payroll platform, lead audits, and resolve incidents.

• Experience partnering with technical teams to convert rules into product requirements
