Description

You will lead and scale account teams, driving revenue expansion and customer success. You'll translate growth strategy into execution plans, manage vertical account portfolios, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS growth or account leadership with 2+ years in people management
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing account teams driving retention and expansion
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making in forecasting and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels
  • Strategic thinker able to design and operationalize frameworks for short-term and long-term growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Leads and Account Managers
  • Translate growth strategy into execution plans, team goals, and operating rhythms
  • Own day-to-day execution across vertical account portfolios for retention and expansion
  • Establish best practices for account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Serve as executive sponsor for customers and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
