Description

Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS growth or account leadership with 2+ years in people management
- Proven track record of managing high-performing account teams driving retention and expansion
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making in forecasting and KPIs
- Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels
- Strategic thinker able to design and operationalize frameworks for short-term and long-term growth
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Leads and Account Managers
- Translate growth strategy into execution plans, team goals, and operating rhythms
- Own day-to-day execution across vertical account portfolios for retention and expansion
- Establish best practices for account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Serve as executive sponsor for customers and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
