💼 About This Role

You'll teach middle school science at a Newark charter school serving black and brown students, using data-driven instruction and a collaborative team approach to foster academic and social-emotional growth. You'll build strong relationships with students and families through home visits and school-wide events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute network-adopted lesson plans with accommodations for student needs.
• Use student data from assessments to adjust instruction and inform practice.
• Build a positive classroom community aligned with iDream values.
• Attend and actively participate in all required meetings and professional development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid teaching license/certification or active pathway to acquire one.
• Authorization to work in the United States by first day of employment.
