You'll lead and transform operational support functions for a telecom-as-a-service platform, driving large-scale automation in phone number management, portability, and customer care. You'll own a multi-year roadmap to enable self-service client capabilities that reduce operational friction.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a multi-year automation and self-service roadmap
  • Own phone number lifecycle management across multiple countries
  • Lead automation of number portability and exception handling workflows
  • Develop call deflection strategies using AI-driven support tools

📋 Requirements

  • 25+ years of telecommunications industry experience
  • Proven leadership managing large operations support organizations
  • Hands-on experience with phone number management and portability
  • Experience with KYC and regulatory compliance frameworks
