You'll lead and transform operational support functions for a telecom-as-a-service platform, driving large-scale automation in phone number management, portability, and customer care. You'll own a multi-year roadmap to enable self-service client capabilities that reduce operational friction.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and execute a multi-year automation and self-service roadmap
- Own phone number lifecycle management across multiple countries
- Lead automation of number portability and exception handling workflows
- Develop call deflection strategies using AI-driven support tools
📋 Requirements
- 25+ years of telecommunications industry experience
- Proven leadership managing large operations support organizations
- Hands-on experience with phone number management and portability
- Experience with KYC and regulatory compliance frameworks
