You will lead a team of engineers to build, scale, and maintain high-impact consumer-facing applications, ensuring technical excellence across full-stack platforms and driving engineering culture to support accessible mental healthcare.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineers
• Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
• Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design
