💼 About This Role

You'll conduct individualized assessments and develop customized treatment plans for young children with autism. Your core impact is guiding children toward essential skill development using evidence-based strategies. This role stands out with multi-disciplinary collaboration across ABA, OT, and Speech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide parent coaching on strategies to support child development.
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs.
• Assess kiddo progress through rigorous data analysis.

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)
• Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
