You'll own the Summit Club+ loyalty subscription and lower funnel checkout experience, driving conversion and customer lifetime value. You'll lead CRO initiatives and evolve the loyalty program into the best in outdoor. This role offers meaningful ownership from day one with direct revenue impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Summit Club+ loyalty subscription
• Lead conversion optimization across cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows
• Partner with marketing and analytics to grow membership and retention
• Define success metrics and use experimentation to prioritize work

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning checkout, subscriptions, loyalty, or retention programs
• Demonstrated CRO and growth impact with measurable results
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4, Looker, or SQL

• Hands-on experience using AI tools within product workflows
• Background building or scaling paid membership or subscription programs
• Experience in outdoor, retail, or e-commerce industries
