🎯 What You'll Do

• Educate customers on products, incentives, and process
• Book appointments with advisors
• Manage support lines and interface with customers, subcontractors, vendors
• Track customer documentation and lead nurturing flows

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer service, dispatch, or installation coordination
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite
• Excellent communication abilities
• Live within 50 miles of Denver, CO or willing to relocate
