💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and optimize Waymo's leased and owned real estate portfolio through effective asset management and strategic decision making. You'll drive portfolio optimization and support business stakeholders throughout the asset life cycle. This hybrid role offers impact on the commercial business and exposure to autonomous driving infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform strategic portfolio analysis and support business stakeholders.
• Create and track key portfolio metrics, KPIs and critical dates.
• Process CAM reconciliations and landlord budget updates.
• Drive portfolio optimization through process improvement and cost savings.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of portfolio management, asset management or property management experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate, lease administration or lease accounting.
• Experience interpreting lease language and managing critical lease dates.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CoStar, SalesForce, Looker, or Google Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, real estate, or related field.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
