Description

You will assemble, test, and integrate harnesses and electromechanical assemblies for K2's Mega-class satellite, supporting production from development to full-rate manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years cable harness fabrication, assembly, or integration experience
• Experience in manufacturing setting, preferably aerospace or electronics
• Proficiency in MS Office and shop floor management software
• Ability to use torque wrench and hand tools (wrenches, safety wire pliers)
• Experience with crimping, wire stripping, continuity testing, connector pin outs

Responsibilities

• Fabricate wire harnesses from assembly drawings and electrical schematics
• Assemble electromechanical assemblies and assist with production process development
• Follow work instructions, document work via MES system
• Route harnesses and integrate electromechanical assemblies on satellite
• Provide process improvement feedback to engineering and production leadership
