💼 About This Role

You'll build analytics architecture and data pipelines that turn telemetry from Everpure's hardware and software into actionable insights for engineering and leadership. You'll apply statistical analysis to improve fleet health and reliability across FlashArray and FlashBlade. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to close the loop between field performance and product design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve analytics architecture for hardware and software events
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines transforming raw telemetry into analysis-ready datasets
• Build dashboards and alerts enabling data-driven decisions
• Analyze complex systems data and recommend strategy to hardware engineering leadership

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python in data/analytics environments
• Strong experience with SQL including complex queries and large datasets
• DevOps experience with Docker and Kubernetes for service deployments
• Experience with Snowflake or similar analytical databases
