You'll own and grow the Books category for two iconic eCommerce destinations, shaping inventory, pricing, and promotions. You'll drive end-to-end commercial performance with an owner's mindset, hitting sales and margin KPIs. This role offers ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, ASX-listed business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Books category.
• Negotiate favorable terms with publishers and suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with demand planning.
• Analyze bestseller lists and competitor trends to keep catalogue current.

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Category ownership experience at Assistant or Category Manager level.
• Microsoft Excel expertise with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in IT and cloud-based tools, leveraging AI for insights.
