You'll join the Customer Care team at Perk, an intelligent travel and spend management platform. You'll provide first-class service to business travelers, managing bookings and client relationships to ensure a 7-star experience. This role offers the chance to mentor junior team members and shape the travel experience for thousands of companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations for business travelers
• Arrange European and domestic flights, car rentals, and hotels
• Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email
• Mentor junior team members and quality-check their work

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in air fares and ticketing
• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Sabre GDS system
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with reissuing tickets manually and automated
• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays on rotation
