💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create an amazing shopping experience for customers at Hot Topic. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and support inventory management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Open and close the store as needed
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Fandom knowledge of music and pop culture

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS or curbside pickup
• Knowledge of sales KPIs like UPT and ADT
