💼 About This Role

You'll deliver outstanding IT support at Navan's Paris office and global teams. You'll maintain local hardware and ensure all systems run smoothly. This role offers a chance to grow with a rapidly expanding hub.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site IT support Monday-Friday.
• Monitor and resolve tickets via Slack and ticketing queue.
• Manage Zoom Room setup and event support.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding logistics.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• 3-5 years IT support experience with Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years without.
• Administrative knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Experience managing devices with JAMF and/or Intune.
