💼 About This Role

You'll shape and deliver a complex ERP platform used by professionals across finance, HR, and operations. Your decisions will directly define sprint priorities and translate operational workflows into actionable user stories for development teams. You'll also act as the key bridge between users and engineers, ensuring user-centered value delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical constraints.
• Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria grounded in real-world workflows.
• Participate in daily Agile ceremonies, ensuring sprint alignment with goals.
• Act as primary point of contact for the dev team, clarifying requirements and removing blockers.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile environments.
• CSPO or PSPO certification required or strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies including backlog management.
• Proven ability to write effective user stories and manage competing priorities.
