🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design and development of enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Architect software frameworks, integrations, APIs, and reusable components.
• Guide Agile development activities, sprint planning, and DevSecOps/CI/CD practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of software development using Microsoft technologies
• 5+ years leading technical teams in Agile environments
• 3+ years developing scalable web/mobile apps with React or React Native

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms and modernization.
• Knowledge of federal IT security standards (FISMA, Section 508).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jira.
